Yes. A booking made through the Unicotaxi web booking tool is treated like any other ride request and will automatically appear in the dispatch console.
If the “Verify Direct Bookings” option is enabled, the booking must first be reviewed and assigned by a dispatcher. If this option is disabled, the system will automatically assign the job based on your predefined dispatch settings and send it directly to available drivers.
The Unicotaxi dispatch system can automatically assign jobs to the most suitable driver based on your configured settings. You can choose from multiple assignment methods, including:

  • Closest Vehicle – The system assigns the job to the nearest available driver.
  • Zone & Queue System (FIFO) – Jobs are assigned based on zones and a First In – First Out queue.
  • Broadcast Dispatch – Jobs can be broadcast to selected drivers, allowing them to accept or bid for the trip.
These flexible dispatch options help ensure faster ride allocation and efficient fleet management.
Yes. Unicotaxi offers a historical tracking feature called Replay, which allows you to review past trips and vehicle movements. You can see the exact routes taken by drivers, along with useful insights such as average speed, distance traveled, and trip details.

There is no limit to the number of dispatchers or drivers you can add in Unicotaxi. You can scale your team as your business grows. The system only charges based on the number of active vehicles per month, making it flexible for fleets of any size.
