Refund Policy

The following terms contain the ‘Refund Policies’ of UnicoTaxi to be accepted without any modifications. Also, you agree to be bound below ‘Refund Policy’ terms before starting a request for purchasing our product(s) on the UnicoTaxi platform.

  1. As per our purchase agreement, once you get the clear demo of our product and a 15-days free trial period, we will not be responsible to refund payment made by you under any condition.

  2. As shown in the demo, we deliver UnicoTaxi product(s) with deliberate features that have been provided during the trial along with any new business requirements that have been finalized in the contract. Therefore, once you paid to us through payment mode will not be refunded other than in the following condition:

    • Due to technical fault, your amount is debited more than one times from your bank account/card

  3. In above cases, only your excess amount, excluding relevant and payment gateway charges, shall be refunded to you. To refund request:

    • You have to send an email to sales@unicotaxi.com with the original payment receipt along with the transaction number. (OR)

    • We will process the refund request and after verification, the received excess amount will be refunded to you through electronic mode.
